Order & Payment

1. What are the available payment methods?

You may make payment by using debit cards, credit cards or cash payment via 2c2p.

 

2. How do I know if my order has been confirmed?

Orders are confirmed once payment has been completed, and you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. You can check your order status by logging into the website and navigating to My Account > My Orders. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours after completing your order, please contact our Customer Service via WhatsApp at +60 111 328 0243 or email sg.customerservice@sasa.com. Please do not re-create your order to avoid duplication.

 

3. Can I change my order details?

We strive to ensure your purchases reach you as quickly as possible! Therefore, all orders will be marked as "Confirmed" immediately upon order confirmation. Please note that confirmed orders cannot be changed.

 

4. Can I cancel my order?

All payments are processed immediately via our payment gateway; therefore, you will not be able to cancel your order online once payment is confirmed. If you wish to cancel the order, please contact our Customer Service via WhatsApp at +60 111 328 0243 or email sg.customerservice@sasa.com. A $3 administrative fee will be charged, depending on the order's processing status, and will be deducted from your paid amount. Please note that the order must not have been shipped.
